Hyatt Place Niagara Falls boasts an excellent location, just a short walk to the falls. The front desk team is exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. While breakfast options could be improved, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially dining with our dogs on the lovely patio.

The indoor saltwater pool was a total blast and felt so refreshing! I loved the super comfortable room that was my cozy little retreat. Plus, being just a quick walk to the falls made my mornings feel magical!

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for families. Courteous reception staff, especially the gentleman who arranged our room near relatives and one with a view of the fireworks. Ashley went above and beyond to enhance our experience. certain aspects fell short. Breakfast lacked variety, served on plasticware. Tables were improperly designed; seating didn't accommodate all guests comfortably. The pool was unclean upon opening, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, which could be attributed to understaffing. Parking was concerning; the garage felt sketchy and didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. With improvements in cleanliness and dining experience, this place has potential. Would still recommend based on location and service.

The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfast left much to be desired; cold eggs and unappetizing sausage were disappointing, especially with a limited window to eat. Our first room was missing towels, and while the second day's lack of service was frustrating, the front desk did provide them upon request. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and hardly restful. On the upside, the location is perfect for exploring, and the modern, clean facilities are a definite plus. The parking garage was free but felt a bit sketchy.

The king room was spacious and modern, with an extremely comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Temperature control worked perfectly, allowing us to easily adjust it to our liking. The noise level was surprisingly low, despite the bustling location. Cleanliness was a concern at times, especially finding hair on the towels. The shower was large and refreshing, adding to the overall comfort. It was a treat to watch fireworks from our room on the sixth floor. With easy access to attractions, this place definitely catered to our comfort during the stay.

I had a fantastic time during my stay, as the hotel was just a block away from the NY State Park and only a short walk to the stunning Falls, which made our exploring super convenient, and the breathtaking view from my room was definitely a highlight! The family-friendly amenities like the pool and spacious rooms made it ideal for us, plus the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was really nice. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the carpets in our room, but overall, the experience was truly enjoyable!

Had a blast with my friends hitting up the Aquarium of Niagara and doing some outlet shopping nearby. The location was lit for us young folks looking for fun times!
Just wish there was a cool rooftop hangout spot with music and drinks for us party animals to vibe at night. That would've been epic!

Our family’s stay was a disaster—cold all night since we were never given extra blankets despite asking multiple times. We ended up shivering under our jackets in freezing temps. It was beyond frustrating, and we barely slept.

The room itself was quite spacious and had a nice sitting area where we could relax. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and gave us a hard time. there were limited options available for breakfast, and the view from our window was obstructed by a billboard, which was disappointing. The rooftop terrace seemed promising but was underutilized, lacking adequate furniture and ambiance. The pool water was not well-maintained, with stray hairs floating around, making it less than pleasant to swim. the front desk staff, especially Christine, was incredibly helpful and made our experience more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk to the park and other attractions. The room was well-furnished, but we did notice some cleanliness issues, such as dirty spots on the sofa bed and towels not being replenished promptly.

Breakfast was delicious with good choices, and the location was unbeatable - walking distance to the main attraction. The room was beautiful and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, modern shower. The reception staff were friendly, and the room rate was great for the value.
There were some issues with breakfast service, like cold and rubbery food, limited choices, and unhelpful wait staff. Some rooms had maintenance issues, such as mold and peeling paint in the bathroom ceiling.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was very convenient, just a short walk away from key attractions.
The room AC was loud and inconsistent with temperature control, making it uncomfortable at times. The hotel's cleanliness standards seemed to be lacking, with stained carpets and run, down areas.

Location close to attractions, 3-min walk to Conference Center. Safety features and Odds & Ends convenient. Free wireless Internet. Large facilities, indoor pool, and fitness center. Breakfast served. Friendly front staff.
Such a joy dealing with front desk Rachel—made me wait 2.5 hours for nothing! .

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, as it was right at the doorstep of the falls. Being on the main walking street, I was able to easily explore Niagara Falls and visit nearby attractions such as the casino and Hard Rock. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel had great facilities, including a bar/lounge area and an indoor swimming pool. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and coffee/tea facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. it was a fantastic experience!
That the breakfast ended at 10 am, which was a bit early for me as a late riser. I ended up skipping breakfast each day because of the timing.

the hotel was clean with a great rooftop lounge area and a friendly bartender. michael at the front desk was very helpful, and the housekeeping and breakfast staff were kind. our room was quiet and comfy, and the location was convenient with many attractions within walking distance.

the rooms were clean and stylish, and the bed was like a giant cloud. the location was super close to state park, and we had an easy walk to everything. the staff fulfilled a special request for my fiance's birthday - which made the weekend very special.
